APED Retail Summit debates the future of work with Lynda Gratton

Professor of Management Practice at London Business School, where she directs the program “Human Resource Strategy in Business Transformation”, considered a world-leading program in the area of human resources, Lynda Gratton leads the “Future of Work Research Consortium” since 2008 and has dedicated the last two decades to consulting and publishing works on the bond between people and organizations, winning several international awards.
The interconnection between business strategy and human resources, new forms of work, the impact of a changing world on employment and work are some of the topics addressed in her works. Her most recent book – “Redesigning Work – How to transform your organization and make a hybrid work for all” – was released in March 2022 and addresses the reality and the profound changes brought in the working world with the Covid-19 pandemic.
